Let’s get started

    • During our initial meeting, we’ll talk about your specific goals and get answers to questions like: Why are you selling? Do you have a price in mind? What is your ideal timeline?
    • Then I’ll preview your property to provide you with an accurate Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) of your home and to recommend improvements that would help your home sell.
    • Next, we’ll have a second meeting to work out a time frame for putting your home on the market and to sign the listing agreement.
    • I’ll arrange for pre-sale inspections to help make the sale process go more smoothly; then I’ll complete and review the disclosure package with you and help you manage any necessary repairs or upgrades.
    • When needed, I can stage your property to make it more appealing to buyers and improve your landscaping for that all-important curb appeal.
    • I’ll arrange for high-quality professional photographs of the interior and exterior to show your home to its full advantage.
    • I’ll develop a custom brochure and website listing dedicated to your property in addition to placing a sale sign outside your home.
    • I’ll launch a “Coming Soon” campaign complete with a postcard mailing and email blast to top agents.
    • Next, I’ll enter the property into the MLS, broadcast it to top Internet sites, and advertise in targeted newspaper and magazine publications.
    • I’ll host broker openings at five-week intervals as well as bi-monthly Sunday open house events, and I’ll be available for showings by appointment.
    • To keep you “in the loop,” I’ll provide you with regular updates, including weekly market updates and status reports on website activity, open house traffic and showings.
    • In addition to encouraging and responding to offers, I’ll also manage the purchase and sales agreement, contingencies and all final details.
    • I’ll negotiate on your behalf, representing your interests.
    • Together, we’ll finalize the sale and close escrow.
